After more than 35 years in nursing, including critical care and neonatal intensive care, and over 12 years as a Nurse Practitioner in pediatrics, women’s health, and aesthetics, I’ve learned that great care goes far beyond medicine. It’s about truly understanding people.

My career began in Canada and has taken me across many states, with each experience and each person shaping my approach to care. As a Family Nurse Practitioner and Functional Medicine Certified Provider, I combine clinical expertise with a passion for innovation, lifelong learning, and personalized, relationship-centered care. I have also been dedicated to skincare and anti-aging treatments for over 10 years, helping clients feel more confident, refreshed, and comfortable in themselves through natural, subtle results.

I’m married and a proud mom of three incredible adults. I find joy in staying active, traveling, and spending time with my family, including my kids' significant others and fur babies. I genuinely love learning from others and helping people find simple, sustainable ways to live healthier, fuller lives. My goal is always to listen, understand your needs, and help you achieve results that feel natural and aligned with what you want.
